Online ahead of print. ABSTRACT Lymphomas remain a leading cause of morbidity and mortality for HIV-positive patients. The most common lymphomas include diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma, primary effusion lymphoma, plasmablastic lymphoma and Hodgkin lymphoma. Appropriate approach is determined by lymphoma stage, performans status, comorbidities, histological subtype, status of the HIV disease and immunosuppression. Treatment outcomes have improved due to chemotherapy modalities and effective antiretroviral therapy.
