ABSTRACT The isolated malleus handle and neck fractures are rare pathology which demands detailed diagnosis and individual treatment plan in every case. Sometimes it could heal without surgery, but in most part of cases surgical treatment is indicated. The short literature review and 2 clinical cases of this pathology are presented in this article.
